Why Donate?
In order to be able to assist those in need in times of distress, as well as to support those who need help towards medical or educational costs, we do need to raise money from our fellow Zoroastrians, Friends and Supporters.

Thanks to fundraising efforts, bequests and donations, WZO has been able to build up a range of funds to support Zoroastrians in a variety of ways.

We hope you will consider supporting us through a donation, however big or small. Every donation counts and we thank you in advance for any assistance you are able to provide.

You can donate to WZO either by bank transfer to the World Zoroastrian Organisation in the UK in GBP (pounds sterling) using the following bank details:

Account Number: 10198036

Special Appeals Fund
From time to time a particular need arises, which might be entirely focussed on our own Zoroastrian community.

Occasionally, however, WZO will launch an appeal in the face of a particular event or human tragedy that reaches beyond our own people.

Property Fund

WZO’s members and supporters have been urging it to have a local community centre where they, their spouses including non-Zoroastrian spouses, and their children will be welcomed to attend religious events, seminars, Gathic classes and social events.  Any funds received will be used to purchase, refurbish and maintain the centre.

Gujarat Farmers Fund
WZO utilises this fund to help our rural co-religionists in India to improve their living standards through improved housing, self-employment and basic education etc.

See the latest video, 'Promise of a New Day', on the work of the World Zoroastrian Organisation Trusts' in Gujarat.

education_funds

Education Fund
WZO is building a corpus for this fund. It is in place to assist Zoroastrian students where personal financial limitations are a barrier to achieving their academic potential and ultimate goals. Donations to this fund are therefore helping to build a future generation of well qualified Zoroastrians.
